Advisory Council


Our Advisory Council consists of exceptional individuals who have agreed to serve as voluntary members. Their experience and education offers tremendous guidance as we strive to build brand awareness and revise and improve our product offering. We are grateful for their willingness to serve and recognize the tremendous contributions that they make.

Adam Eversole

Adam is a Principal Software Engineer at Microsoft Corporation. His diverse development experience emphasizes user interface, software architecture, design, and engineering. He has held various leadership roles at Microsoft Corporation where he has been employed since 1989. Adam has extensive experience with a wide variety of programming languages and environments. His most recent contributions have been in the Research and Development department where he has helped to pioneer new technologies resulting in a myriad of patents. Adam brings his breadth of development experience to the Reading Horizons Advisory Board and most especially to the Development and Web departments which are constantly designing and publishing tools to satisfy the needs of a burgeoning customer base.

Dale Jolley

Dale acted in leadership roles at the district, regional, and national level in Sales and Operations within the pharmaceutical industry for companies such as Pfizer and AstraZeneca. He received numerous national and presidential awards for his sales and leadership accomplishments. Dale has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Marketing from Brigham Young University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Instructional Technology from Utah State University. He is currently the Director of the UVU Vivint SMARTLab and Marketing Professor for Principles of Marketing, Professional Selling, and Professional Presentations. As a member of the Reading Horizons Advisory Board, his years of education and experience make him an invaluable resource to the Sales and Marketing departments.

Joseph Riddle

Joseph is an experienced marketing and business executive with a keen ability to identify and develop new market opportunities. Joseph spent 15 years with SmartBrief in Washington, DC where he conceived and grew the SmartBrief Education and Workforce practice. His leadership and vision led to great success in recruiting, managing, and mentoring the top-performing team and largest vertical business unit in the company. Joseph’s expertise in growth brought him to Tracking First in Utah during the early startup phase where he developed and executed a comprehensive marketing strategy. His hands-on implementation helped secure 30 Fortune 500 enterprise accounts and venture capital funding. In addition to his professional experience, Joseph serves as Vice President of the Louis August Jonas Foundation Board of Directors and tours internationally with the Salt Lake Vocal Artists.
